What to expect during a session:
You will be fully clothed and comfortable during your treatment. After setting your own intention, I will access the frequencies and bathe your body and space in this healing energy. You will be present with whatever occurs in your body or mind.
If you are having a distance session, we will speak prior to the healing, and then you will relax in your own home while I access the energies for you. Afterwards, we will re-connect by phone to debrief.
