I am a holistic gynecologist and wellness expert who specializes in teaching women about the language and wisdom present within their bodies and develop a unique communication in order to heal. What is holistic healing? Holistic refers to being whole. We are more than flesh and blood. We are spirit. We have emotions, thoughts, and social connections. All of these things contribute to our overall health. Holistic gynecology takes all of this into consideration while caring for women. I am dedicated to promoting overall wellness in a warm, supportive, and empathetic environment for the empowerment of all women. I embrace conventional as well as complementary and alternative medicine. We know that drugs and surgery are but two of many paths to health. I assist clients in this co-creative process to become the person you want to be and move your life and health to new levels. In my office, clients will notice longer office visits to allow me time to get to know them and to individualize treatment. I also take a natural approach to dealing with common illnesses such as allergies, fatigue, menstrual complaints, sexual issues, and depression. I encourage fun and relaxation as well and although I give lots of "homework," I expect the process to be fun and cooperative! |
